To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :
Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
All products must be returned with the package and original product box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the product box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
VIBRATE reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to initiate a return :
Your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically by accessing your VIBRATE account Order list.
Your returned item must arrive at VIBRATE no later than 14 days after your delivery date. Please note, return label must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you ship your return within one week of receiving your return label to ensure that it arrives at VIBRATE within the desired time.
International Returns :
Simply navigate to your account’s Order list page to request a return authorization and return instructions.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Attention :
- Exchange/returns will be processed if applicable to the scope of the consumer subscription withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Act.
- You must pay for round-trip shipping when you exchange/return by simple customer change.
- Delivery expenses for return due to product defect/delivery shall be paid from the vibrate and CJlogistics must be used.
However, the customer is charged 2,500 won
- When returning via another courier (including convenience courier delivery), please call the customer center (1599-6920) and pay in advance.
- You will be charged for shipping excess when receiving due to other courier service.
- Products damaged or defective in quality during distribution will be compensated according to the scope of the possibility for withdrawal of subscription stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
In case not possible :
- If the return request period has expired.
- In case goods are lost or damaged due to your responsible reasons.
- In case the product value is reduced due to opening of the package or the packaging is damaged.
(Tag loss, damage to plastic packaging, damage to packaging, etc.)
- the value of the product has significantly decreased due to your use or some consumption.
- in case the value of goods or products has been significantly reduced to a point where resale has been difficult due to the passage of time
